1.    Take a picture of your quilt before mailing in case package is lost or damaged in transit.

2.    If you are sending your own batting please cut it in one continuous piece that is 4 inches larger than the quilt all the way around.  Millie's Quilts reserves the right to refuse batting if it does not meet our requirements.

3.    If you are sending your own backing please make sure it is in one continuous piece and that the piece is 4 inches larger than the quilt all the way around.

4.    Wrap your quilt and any other fabrics sent to Millie’s Quilts in a weather-proof manner.

5.    Include your name, address, contact information and any special instructions in the package: TIP – use printscreen to print a copy of Millie’s Quilts Estimate Request form.  

6.    Square and well press the quilt.

7.    Trim all loose threads.

8.    For peace of mind Millie’s Quilts recommends insuring and obtaining a tracking number for your package.
